Guided Third Eye Meditation

Choose a peaceful place where you are able to practice your third eye meditation without being interrupted. Make sure to turn of all your different electrical devices and select a comfortable meditation posture. Sit with your back straight, and take a short minute to calm your mind and body.

Step 1

Close your eyes and take a couple of deep cleansing breathes in through your nose and breathe out through your mouth. Allow yourself to totally relax. Let the air remove all the frustration from your body and mind. Notice yourself becoming more and more relaxed and calm with every inhalation and exhalation.

Step 2

Now, keep breathing slowly and deeply but switch your focus to your third eye area in the middle of your forehead. Now picture that you are inhaling and exhaling through your forehead. Inhale purple air into your chakra. Notice the tingling sensation of the air as it enters your body through this chakra. Feel the energy that fills your body and energizes you with new and psychic energy. breathe out the air through your forehead as a drained plain air empty of energy.

Step 3

Try not to force yourself to feel anything, but notice if you are feeling any strange sensation on your chakra such as a tingling sensation, which could indicate that your chakra is being activated. Do this guided meditation for 20 minutes.

There are many different types of meditation techniques you can do to help you open your third eye. I suggest that you work with some different exercises and see which ones give you the best results. But you have to be patient and allow the chakra to open little by little. If you rush your meditation or become impatient it can ruin your practice and you may not get the greatest results. So give it time and practice your meditation daily so that it will become a part of your daily routine, which will help it feel more like a habit and something you actually want to do instead of something you have to do.

But remember that your third eye is just one chakra of the seven different chakras in the chakra system, which are all just as important, so make sure to also work on the rest of the system to create balance between the chakras.

I was intrigued and showed up to check it out. The speaker was a young man in a suit who spoke serenely of the silence deep within us and of the simple mental technique by which we could experience it and enjoy its benefits in our day to day life. I was very impressed with his calm demeanor and he seemed to really embody the...
